How to reduce risks when delivering equipment from the USA
Ordering goods from the USA comes with certain risks. This is especially true for equipment. When making a purchase in a regular store, you can touch the item or ask the sellers to turn it on, but online you can't. But we came up with a way to solve this issue too. To be sure of the operability of the ordered equipment, even before sending it across the ocean, use the «Check equipment for turning on/off» service.
The most common question our clients ask: How to include it in the order total?
Including it when placing an order is very easy. Wait until your package arrives at our main warehouse and is registered in the system. Then write a request in «Tickets», indicating the number of your incoming package (tracking). Don't forget to specify that you need exactly the equipment check service. This must be done before the package is sent for assembly. Once our specialists check the operability of the equipment, they will report the results in Tickets. The cost of the service is $10. If your package contains several gadgets, you will have to pay for checking each one separately. The cost will be deducted from your balance.
If you are ordering fragile equipment, for example a laptop or TV, we also recommend using the «Additional packaging» service. At your request, we will pack the package in an additional bag ($1.99)* which protects the item from moisture, dust and other atmospheric effects. We will also additionally wrap it in protective film ($3.99) - in addition to protecting the contents from moisture and dust, the film "reinforces" the package, preventing shape distortion in case of impact.
You can include the cost of these services in your order at the package assembly stage.
If your purchase has special features that need to be considered when packing - don't be lazy to describe them in the order comment*. At the time of assembly our team will take your wishes into account. For example, if you are ordering items as a gift and it is critical that the factory boxes do not get wrinkled against each other - this is worth mentioning in the comment. Or if you are ordering a suitcase and clothes - you can ask to put your other packages inside the suitcase.
