Many buyers from Russia and other countries often wonder whether it’s possible to order from Walmart with direct delivery to Russia and other countries. The answer is simple: yes, you can, but given the store’s occasional pickiness, sometimes you have to be clever about it. That’s why we recommend following the instructions we’ve provided below.

How to place an order on Walmart

1. Register on Walmart.com

Registration on Walmart is of the classic type – you need to fill in your personal details (first and last name in Latin letters, personal email, and password).

2. Add a shipping address

After logging into your account, go to Account → Addresses → "Add new address". In the address book you need to fill in the Shipping address, i.e. the delivery address – every client receives it after registering on our website.

After that, verify the entered address and create another one – this one will later be used as the Billing address. Please pay close attention to this step; the billing address is of the combined type (you can read more about it here). When filling it in, use the actual card address details, except for the country, state, and zip code.

3. Add a payment method

The next step in entering your personal details is payment information. Fill in all card details and be sure to select the address you added as the Billing address (combined type).

Note that the store can be quite picky about accepting payments from international customers, so if a card payment fails (we recommend using a dollar card to avoid exchange-rate losses if the order is canceled), you can try paying via PayPal.

From here the process is simple – select the desired item, add it to your cart, and proceed to step-by-step checkout.

In Shipping and pickup options, select the first option, i.e. Shipping.

For the delivery address, use the warehouse address we provided

In the payment details, select the card you previously added, or click More and choose PayPal.

After double-checking all the information, confirm the order.
