How to write to Amazon customer support

  1. Open the site amazon.com in the browser and log into the account.

  1. Clicking on the seller's username opens a new page with their personal profile, including details, reviews, rating, and other information. On the right, there is an «Ask а question» or «Contact seller» button - use it to create a message to the seller.

The principle of writing a message is similar to contacting Amazon support - you need to select the subject of the question (about an already purchased item or an item you plan to buy), then specify the topic of the inquiry in the second step. If no suitable section is available for selection, choose the last option - «Other Question». After selecting the values, proceed to writing the message by clicking the «Write message» button.



  1. In the opened window, enter your question and send the message to the seller. Expect a reply via email; you can continue correspondence with the seller from your personal mailbox. There are no exact timeframes for receiving a response, so patience may be required in some cases.
